”フルテキストインデックスの適切な導入手順”を読んでみました。
ベース技術は、Index Serviceだと思うので、PDF用のifilterを導入すれば、Exchangeのパブリックフォルダ内のPDFも検索できて、フルテキストインデックス処理にて、インデックス作成ができると思っていたのですが、やはりパブリックフォルダ内のPDFに関してはSharePointPortalServerが必要なんでしょうか。
ファイルシステム上のPDF内のテキストも検索できるようになりましたが、Outlookの検索が拡張される様子もなく、無理っぽいので悩んでますよ。
